Keeps the website Updated. Works on the forum: approve members, moving topics, remove topics, Lock topic,
Set topic stickies and Merge Topics. Admins also changes templets, add and removed boards etc.

Moderators
Works on the forum: Move Topics, Remove Topics, Lock topic, Set topic stickies and  Merge Topics.
